I design insight and data-driven strategic solutions and innovations. I lead change and transformation- and implement it quickly. I’m appreciated most for my leadership abilities, for consistently delivering strong marketing and sales results, and for delivering a high volume of smart work at an extremely fast pace.

I believe in coaching people to do and be their best. I build teams of collaborative people with outstanding individual capabilities that complement and inspire each other, so that collectively, they are greater than the sum of their parts and will achieve great things. I’m very proud that many people have chosen to work with me again and again.

I’ve worked in start-ups to build new propositions, transformed leading businesses, and reinvented challenger brands. The bigger the challenge, the more inspired I become.
