Roxanne is now the VP of Customer Experience & Digital Commerce at Kevito Group and is responsible for driving digital sales and growth across a portfolio of brands including leading bubble tea brand, Chatime – a fast growing franchise network of over 100 stores in Canada. During her tenure at Kevito Group, Roxanne had been responsible for key areas including Digital Commerce, Menu Innovation, Store Transformation, Brand & Marcomm, People & Culture.

Prior to that, Roxanne was dedicated on building and managing Sensu Communications, a boutique multicultural marketing agency she founded, focused on helping F500 companies reach untapped diversity audience segments in Canada. She was quick to recognize a white space opportunity in the multicultural marketing services sector, leveraging digital and social capabilities (Weibo, WeChat) as a competitive advantage to deliver top-tier brand and marketing services to her clients.
